Home 2 Home Movers offers professional removal and relocation services, including but not limited to house removals, office removals, man and van services, packing services, long-distance removals, and house clearance. Our services are subject to availability and agreement on terms such as timeframes, pricing, and scope of work.
3. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes provided are based on the information you supply. Final costs may vary if additional services are requested or unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., additional labor, equipment, or delays). We will notify you of any changes to your estimate as soon as possible.
4. Booking and Payment
When booking our services, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made in accordance with the agreed terms, typically upon completion of the job unless otherwise arranged. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
6. Liability
We take great care in handling your belongings. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are not adequately packed, labeled, or protected. It is your responsibility to ensure fragile items are packed appropriately. We are insured for damage caused by negligence on our part, but liability for damage to goods in transit may be limited.
7. Insurance
While we provide basic insurance coverage for goods in transit, we strongly recommend that you arrange additional coverage for high-value or irreplaceable items. Please consult with us if you require additional insurance for your move.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information regarding access to the property, parking arrangements, and the size/quantity of items to be moved. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
9. Delays and Changes
Home 2 Home Movers will make every effort to ensure timely and efficient services. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any changes to the scope of the job may affect the cost or completion time.
10. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, or perishable goods. If such items are found during the move, we reserve the right to refuse their transportation.
11. Complaints
We value customer satisfaction and aim to provide the highest level of service. If you have any concerns or complaints regarding our service, please contact us directly, and we will address the issue promptly.
12. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and only use it for the purpose of providing our services.
